End-User Experience (EUX) refers to the overall experience a person has while interacting with a product, service, or system. It includes every touchpoint from the first interaction to regular use and evaluates how usable, accessible, responsive, and emotionally engaging the experience is. The end user is the person for whom the product or service is ultimately designed—the one whose needs, frustrations, and goals guide UX decisions.
EUX is a holistic view of how a user perceives and interacts with a product or system. It goes beyond functionality to encompass usability, performance, aesthetics, accessibility, and emotional response. The goal of understanding EUX is to create solutions that are not only effective and efficient but also satisfying and enjoyable for users.
